I work with only one dog at a time, with no client crossover, allowing each dog — particularly those who are anxious, ageing or have additional needs — to feel safe, unhurried and respected.

Susie uses certified organic, soap-free, tearless products that are 100% biodegradable and kind to even the most sensitive skin. The signature electric 'lift' bath makes entry and exit easy for dogs of every age and size.
All grooming is quoted individually after assessment — no published price list, because no two dogs are the same.
About GroomingGentle, one-on-one enrichment walks designed specifically for older dogs. Slow movement, sniffing at their own pace, confidence-building and well-being — not distance or endurance. Born from the same philosophy as the salon: meet dogs where they are, and support them with patience and kindness.
